United Yacht Sales (UYS) was founded in 2002 by Peter Schmidt, a 40+ year marine industry veteran. Peter had a different vision than most brokerage firms at the time, one that relies on integrity, customer service, and doing the right thing for UYS clients even when it's considered difficult. How brokers are treated and supported is a key factor in the development of the company.
